I mean, bringing the SUN to Earth, even in small pieces isn't an "easy" way to destroy humanity. it's just an extreme hypothetical "If we could do this now" so to speak and by the time we even have the capability to remove parts of the sun and that's if we felt like it, we would be well beyond any danger, heck by that point we'd probably be a type II civilization, powering everything [I]through[/I] our sun.
