I don't see Atrocitus on that list, so i doubt it's the full roster. There's a lot of characters they should include though, who knows if we'll get a third or if we'll even want a third, so here's hoping for some good additions.

Weren't Power Girl, John Stewart, and Zoom already confirmed to be "special" skins that change the existing characters into them?
If this leak is legit though, I seems that Mr. Freeze will most likely be the same thing for Captain Cold.
