The man is pulling the leash up, down, left, right, hence and forth and then acts surprised that the dog also pulls the leash. [B]Right [/B]the moment at 1:10 when he holds the leash still and turns his back on the dog it calms down to chew in peace.
He's actively encouraging the playing behaviour.
