"I don't usually do this but, if u like MW3 go 2 Metacritic.com & help our user score," writes Schofield. "It's suspiciously low. Be honest but help if u agree." Modern Warfare 3 is attracting a torrent of user scores of zero across all three platforms. The current user score (out of 10) is 2.7 on Xbox 360, 2.0 on PS3 and 1.5 on PC. •More Xbox 360 News •Latest Xbox 360 News, Reviews, and Videos more or less in the link ""
1.5 on PC? Suspiciously high if you ask me.
The current user score (out of 10) is 2.7 on Xbox 360, 2.0 on PS3 and 1.5 on PC.
Sounds fair enough to have a score that low.
Rate our game good, despite the fact not everybody likes it
Watch it actually have some kind of ratings boost overnight.
"It's suspiciously low."
People dislike our game? BLASPHEMY!
You guys are once again being retarded, it is suspiciously low, it is not deserving of such a low score no matter how retarded your opinion on it is. Metacritic user's are just bandwagoning stupids.
Who cares about Metacritic community reviews.
I don't think my computer will be able to handle the 1000 posts saying "IT'S BECAUSE IT SUCKS."
He didn't really beg.
Time for me to rate it down. Thanks for the idea, Glen.
This brought a smile to my face, good job to the people that rated it truthfully with the appropriate rating the game deserves. Hopefully a bunch of blind "perfect" reviews won't storm in and flush it all away.
It got blindrated back up. No it didn't, looking at the wrong score

I played the game and sure, it is pretty meh overall, but i still had fun with it and it was a finished product.

If the game is acceptable to you, then you shouldn't care about its rating. Nor should a developer be asking the community to raise the rating. If they believe they made an acceptable product, then they should be confident enough to ignore a few negative ratings on reviews.

No reason to hate it so much truly. [editline]10th November 2011[/editline]
Why not? If the game is acceptable to you, then you shouldn't care about its rating. These aren't even real ratings, they're hundreds upon hundreds of people voting this game extremely low scores without having played the game, citing perhaps the stupidest reasons.

It's not like they care about the quality of the game just look at how little they added. It seriously looks like an expansion pack. Stuff they could have done for MW2 but instead just take 2 years to tweak everything.

At this point, the developer is asking the same thing of the fan base to do what the apparent critics are being accused of doing; blind reviews. I don't see how encouraging to spam the opposite is any more acceptable than encouraging negativity.

No problem, you asked for my honest opinion and I gave you guys a whopping PC review of 1.5
whatever it probably will still be the most played game on xbox like all the other call of duty games.
No problem, you asked for my honest opinion and I gave you guys a whopping PC review of 1.5
Did you play it.

If you expect anything other than 1's and 10's, you are naive and an idiot.
Did you play it.
Because magically the game becomes a lot better when you play it. Actually, no it doesn't. It still looks like a shitty console port pulled out of a dusty box from the rejected games shelf. That's my opinion. You can agree or disagree, I don't give a shit. I respect your desire to play this game, so whatever. I never go to rating sites, because I don't have delusions where I think my personal opinion is somehow important enough that people will say "Oh, well... V12US thinks this game is shit. I better not buy it then. Better luck next year."

Nor should anyone if they enjoyed the game themselves. They certainly got all positive reviews from the "professional" reviewers. So why are they making a fuss out of a few user Metacritic reviews? Doing this would honestly attract even more apparent negative attention because it can imply a variety of things.
Why are there only 4 critic reviews on PC but over 50 on Xbox?

This hurts sales, it's as easy as that, why wouldn't they care about that, they worked hard on this product and to lose sales because of the parent company's reputation is devastatingly terrible for them.
