Which seems like an extremely silly bluff to try to do to [B][I]the head of the FBI[/I][/B]... But then I only expect as much from Trump.
I'd laugh if trump actually did record him on literal tapes but since they're so outdated, nobody can play them back or they got wiped by magnets at some point

I imagine that the most "incriminating" thing that could possibly be on those tapes would be anything the Trump camp could possibly construe to mean "Trump isn't being investigated".
I imagine the most 'devastating thing' on those tapes is Trump asking if Comey is under investigation and Comey saying 'no'.
They'll try to sell it that way, yeah, that 'he said they weren't doing an investigation'. They're already saying that pretty much.
Hopefully they have the sense to not draw that sabre even though they seem to enjoy rattling it; they're the only one that'd get cut.
