You are a commanding officer in the Special Weapons and Tactics team, the SWAT. Due to leaps and bounds in the field of technology, you aren't even required to be present on the field anymore - and are able to command your troops from a remote station. This is capable due to a mix of UAV use, virtual blueprints, thermal cameras and trackers on all of your team. You have earnt a name for yourself in the field, having lead squads on missions ranging from hostage rescue and bomb defusal to intercepting a terrorist attack.
You have been assigned a hostage rescue mission from the base, the details are as follows.
A situation has developed at a nearby compound, the wealthy owners of the location have been taken captive - aswell as several civillians taken off of the streets. Judging from the footage on the UAV, there is about 18 hostiles - armed with assault rifles and shotguns, and at least 9 civillians. However the UAV technology is still unreliable, so there could very well more hostiles.
Your mission is to get as many hostages out of there alive. You have 6 team members to choose from for this op, your options are listed in the file below.

Sniper - As the name entails, this is a specially trained officer fit for killing targets from long range. They are mainly used in hostage rescue and bomb disposal op's, but occasionally they are needed to take out a terrorist threat without causing too much of a scene. Although they may be extremely accurate they are next to useless in close combat situations, meaning that storming a house with a squad of these is a bad idea.
Explosives Expert - These guys specialise in using explosives, things such as breaching doors or walls. They are armed with a relatively powerful submachine gun, but aren't adept at using them. Explosives Experts are often used in bomb disposal op's for their capability in providing more than one entrance. They are less often used in hostage rescue operations due to the possibility of collateral damage - but are extremely useful at getting an element of surprise.
Officer - This is a standard officer, armed with an assault rifle and a lot of knowledge about room clearing and house storming. They should make up the bulk of your squad as they are good all rounders. Not much else can be said about them.
Room Clearers - Armed with a high power shotgun, this officer is trained to clear rooms out extremely efficiently. Partnered with an explosives expert he is easily able to storm a room by surprise and take on an enemy of greater strength or number than themselves. Often used in hostage situations.

The footage from the UAV:

You have to choose 6 officers to join in the operation, from there you will command them on the ground.
6 snipers! 360 noscope ftw dude!
NOPE.png we will lose faster than ever. this isnt call of duty.

Your squad arrives on scene, and the first thing that becomes apparent was the lack of a partly demolished wall in the blueprints of the compound. Your officers dig in and await orders, but maintain radio silence as they are very close to hostiles.
The different officers are represented as different colours in the footage for the sake of simplicity and practicality. They are as follows:
Sniper - Green
Officer - Blue
Explosives Expert - Yellow
Room Clearer - Torqoise
"Sir, we are awaiting orders. Down here there are 2 different buildings, the main one on the west and another in the east. I suggest the first thing you do is decide the first building to attack, and the point of entry."
(apologies for the crappy art)
Put some explosives near the building just below your squad. Blow it open, then go on a shooting rampage.
sneak around to the south east building and use the explosive expert to put charges on the top right door of the compound
No I don't think so
I perfer to let officer sneakout the nearest buiding and barge in the south door to eliminate the lonely guy quietly.
and let Room clearer and Explosives expert cover the top right door.
then if officer kill the lonely guy that stand still like a fool in the down right room,I will let explosive master throw the flashbang inside.
then, room clearer and officer will charge in together to kill the guy in down left room then put down the rest, rescue the hostages
Finish the south buiding
who agree?

the second the guys around the hostages hear gunfire your going to see dead hostages, smash and throw a flashbang into the room with the hostages as your plan is being executed and then you have something good
Hmm....maybe you're right
go ahead pal
I agree with this plan of action.

So to clarify, we assault the south east building and a single officer approaches the southern door to silently eliminate the guard. The top right 'door' is supposed to be a window, so I guess you mean the explosives expert will flash the room with the hostages in - eliminate the hostiles and then take the two guys out in the left of the building.
Agree or Disagree guys?

Two officers move around to the bottom door, and quietly take out the guard, although messily. They are lucky they are not caught, as the lights are still at full power as you didn't think to take darkness into account. Nevertheless the window is slightly opened and a flashbang lobbed in whilst your team stacks up on the window and the sniper scouts. Unluckily more people seem to be heading into the bottom left room than you expected - leaving the hostages exposed.
In the western buildings the guards at the window seem to be getting suspicious of some movement over near you.
Have the sniper provide cover from the wall while the using the room clearers and officers to clear the compound.
Perhaps getting the sniper to kill the guard nearest the bottom left room, allowing the room clearer's to eliminate the other with a second flash bang thrown in to blind the remaining guards might suffice?
My plan is going,oh I don't thimk that you guy will choose it.
thank friend
I will follow this thread until it end pal.

The sniper moves into position and takes a shot through the window with his silenced sniper rifle. Luckily all of the operatives on this mission are equipped with silencers so the house next door doesn't get too suspicious. The room with the hostages in is easily cleared as the guards stumble about in a daze before being shot down.
The last room erupts into a hail of gunfire as one of the guards shoots his gun, and the other officer fires back - the chaos soon clears...

Somehow you had cleared the building succesfully, with zero casualties. The one remaining guard cowers in the corner and drops his gun as orders are barked at him by the officers. Beginners luck muttered the operator beside you but you just grinned. You still have the problem of the western house to deal with, but now you have more planning time. What do we do?
(Tip, splitting up your team is pretty much a neccesity here. If they here any gunshots in their building they are 'gonna execute the hostages.)
Team A - Commander, Room clearer and officer.
Team B - Officer, RC, Demoman
meanwhile, Sniper takes up an advantageous position somewhere.
Team A - Commander, Room clearer and officer.

After a few moments of planning the group has been split into two distinct teams. Team A, consisting of an officer, a room clearer and the demo man. Team B, an officer and a room clearer. The sniper decides it would be possible for him to take up position on the roof of the building they just cleared.
Now we just need a plan of action.
Have team A Secure the Northmost room, while team B flanks the Enemy east side.
But this may result in a casualty - the hostage in the doorway is guarded by two of them, one of whom appears to be holding said hostage as a meat shield.

My suggestion to you guys would be to split your teams up and assault the two rooms with hostages in simultaneously, using flashbangs or stun grenades. Once you have the hostages secure it'll be easier to kill the rest off. Also you could have the sniper shoot the guard using a human shield.
Although it's down to you, a final answer would be great guys!
Then let use Pistol with silences equiped
Have the sniper kill any guards that he can see and move in the room clearers to the south end of the Western building.
Get flashbang through south door from Team two. Sniper, watch the windows for anyone who responds. The people in the northern part of the building will be distracted. Get Demoman to blow a hole through the north side, and go in. Sniper, give Team one a couple of shots to help them, but stay focused on Team 2. Throw some grenades from team two, use burst-fire guns to clear the room for accuracy.
