This is awesome!
You can get it for free here, it's only 200-ish Mb.
The future is now.
I'm working on something similar for a school project.
It looks wicked cool, but something about the physics (most notable when bowling) seems off. I can't quite put my finger on it.

I think it might be that nothing feels like it has any weight to it. The basket ball reacts to things as much as the bowling ball does.

Most likely default values on everything.
Synthwave on the radio.
Nice.
This doesn't look bad, but it doesn't look special in any way like the title implies. It's just a smokey and darkly lit room, void of details.
Fucking Super mario world inside unreal. My mind is blown
Shame it isn't multiplayer, from what I understand.

facepunch studios is working on a game like this one but multiplayer

And with the ability to include your own games, and even a room builder similar to Build Mode from The Sims

So I've read that UE4 is free. I've no idea how to program a game, how hard is it to use and learn?

If you're an absolute beginner you're delusional if you think you'll just go and create a complete worthwhile game. There's nothing wrong with toying around, of course.

Oh no, I have no hopes at all, hehe. But yea, playing around with it should be more than enough for me, I guess...

I dunno... the reflections and stuff on the bowling ball were fucking amazing.
Im getting only 15 fps lol.

Don't trust this guy, he's paid with money to say such things.

We don't know that everything in the demo followed such reflectivity. The whole thing is so darkly lit that they can get away with a ton.
I feel strange. I sit infront of my PC playing a Dude inside a room playing Super Metroid on a Virtual Snes while a virtual Cassette Recorder Blasts Madonna Lucky Star....
This is the Beginning of World of World of Warcraft...
EDIT:
Also it kinda annoys me that the Power LED on the Snes is Green and not Red...

Same... and the games run rather slow. Oh well... it's time to kiss my old laptop goodbye one of these months. :/
Just played around for a couple of hours, had the stupidest shit eating grin the whole time. Just tried every GameBoy, Arcade, SNES and NES games out there for a few minutes and managed to beat Street Fighter II and Metal Slug too lol. It's clunky but playing basketball arcade is just awesome and even the moments where the ball gets stuck between the corner and side of the rim is hilariously authentic. Also loving the visibility when you don't turn on the backlights for the GameBoys. The radio and music cassettes are also radical.

Also minor secret [sp]if you pick up the phone from the couch and put it on the phone on the wall at the other side of the room nets you a cassette tape for Europe - The Final Countdown. Also the phone has 'Hotline Miami' written on it.[/sp]
Galaga and another one near the door crashes my game for some reason.
Tetris too :c

Play around with the Emulation Mode on the launcher. I noticed some games tend to crash less either on Balanced or Less Accurate mode, sometimes better on More Accurate mode.
I think it's pretty weird that this is the first thing to really sell me on VR.
This shit is rad.
Really cool, I personally would love if he could add more non-emulated games to play, bowling and hoop shot are really great, ue4 physics are not that bad.
The radio stations are cherry on the 90's sunday.
Like other guys said, multiplayer would make this really rad. I've always loved playing nes games with other people.
Ah crap, getting an 0xc000007b error every time I try to run it, re-installed visual 2013 about 5 times, still not working.
Welp, no Unreal 4 for me.
This makes me want a VR headset even more. Getting ~80 FPS on all ultra with GTX970.
