Trying to print a CD cover - Needing a little help!

I'm making a CD for on of my teachers because, unfortunately, her contract is up. Anyway, after looking up the proper CD case dimensions, I made my Photoshop document to match. I saved the pictures as .PNG using the right dimensions for the CD case (4.75" x 4.715"), but I can't seem to pick the right printer setting. They either come out too big or too small.

Any help is much appreciated.

It shows up in Photoshop as being 300ppi, so it comes out at being 2.13 in. by 2.12 in. You'll need to reduce the pixel density by using the resize dialogue. Also, make a much bigger version, 150 PPI isn't so good for this sort of graphic, and that looks mainly vector.

It's 300ppi actually. What dimensions do I need to use in the dialogue box?

They're pretty big (1425px by 1415px). I resized them in Imageshack in order to post them here.

Switch it to inches in the dropdown box and put in 4.75 for the width and 4.715 for the height. That should do it.

That's what I did, but I still can't print in the right goddamn dimensions. When I created the document, I did exactly that and I guess that equals 1425px by 1415px?

that should be right. Your printer settings might be fucked up, show me the photoshop print dialogue?
