A recent Derren Brown thread and a post in it made me start thinking about Derren Brown, so I thought I would post what is easily his best show yet. Completely worth watching the whole hour, it's incredibly touching and was even better when it aired live last year.

Never heard of this but this is like the deepest most philosophical and elaborate prank I have ever seen so far. I was laughing when he convinced mat that he was dreaming, I mean..this shit only has to work against certain people.
After watching that other episode posted and being amazed by it I watched this and now I'm amazed again.
Is it proven that this isn't all staged?

It seems pretty hard to believe that they would be allowed to tie somebody to a train track. Something fishy about that one.
Watched the whole thing, I really liked it. I'll admit, the part where he put him into a "sleep hypnosis" did look pretty shoddy, but i'll give it the benefit of the doubt for my own enjoyment.

Derren said this documentary had influences from Donnie Darko, The Game, Fight Club, and Watchmen.

Derren Brown clears up certain things about it.
This was awesome and very inspirational to me to change ways I view my life, I'm serious... even if it turns out to be fake(which it might not be).
I actually almost had a man tear when he volunteered to fly the plane, made me feel happy for him.
The only thing I thought was cheesy was when he was put into a "hypnotic state". I thought Darren just vulcan pinched him or something when he fell over.
Thing like this terrify me because I'm so boring that someone may put cameras in my house and get hours of wanking footage
Everything seems in place properly, the only part which is a bit shoddy is how quickly he can make him go hypnotized, that seems a bit silly and untrue
Derren Brown is awesome
I was actually able to fly in that same exact $7 million dollar simulator. Damn was it scary too.
I won't lie, this definitely changed my outlook on life. I really can't keep taking the safe route in life, and I think I'm going to try and take a little more risk and control in my life.
