Me and one of my friends did this a few days ago in a private match (Xbox 360), and it is really fun. The fact you have to be a lot more accurate is really fun. I wish I could play this :sigh:

Hans Zimmer only made the team themes (Navy Seals, Rangers, Spetsnaz, TF141, and OpFor) the rest was created by a completely different person but Zimmer keeps getting all the credit.

Also you should make the pistol the desert eagle (no not for the coolness factor but because its alot louder so it adds more intensity)

It's not wares, since many people who went there USED to play legit mw2 on steam. But there are some people who did pirate it.
They're planning on making dedicated servers, they're making their own anti-cheat. They already have server lists, etc...
I've been playing on alterIWnet since the day they released it, and I can tell you it's better than IWnet.

Well according to modernwarfail2.com they do host cracked versions of the DLC maps, although I can't check for myself as the site seems to be down.

Ah, it seems the reason the site is down is because they got a bunch of hackers playing and they have a very sub-par ban system. So they are halting the project until they get a better system.

The site and the servers are actually up and running with about 3200 players online at the time of this post.
