In Russia, a lot of people (and it is a big place!) have dash cams in their cars - more opportunity for in-the-moment-stuff to end up on the Internet.

Corruption is rampant and considered normal, monetary or nepotism. Poverty and accessibility of strong vodka for cheap, unemployment or half-employment and a strong drinking culture leads to lots of days long binges and drunk shenanigans. It's possible some of those naked clips are from drunk sauna parties, really popular in winters. My country is [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_alcohol_consumption#WHO_statistics"]Nr.2 on the list of alcohol consumption[/URL] ("Fighting" for first place closely with Belarus), with the rest of post soviets not far behind. We are also used to owning cheap used cars, be it foreign or soviet models. Most of the soviet equipment including "consumer" cars are built by military design and usage, meaning they're built like tanks but drive like shit and have shit comfort. So we don't really have much respect for our vehicles. I think I've written these kinds of self-loathing posts like 5 times now.
