If you could have one toolgun from Gmod for 1 hour

What would it be and what for?

Would you like to take the classic weldgun (or perhaps easy weld), and weld your neighbor's car to the airplane that flies above you? Rope tool and make indestructible rope between, say, White House's doors so they can't be opened? Or use Balloon tool to make things go up?

To prevent people from picking remover and going "Durr gonna remove random people from existence" Effects would last only 1 hour.

Advanced Duplicator tool on money. That way you can duplicate multiple objects which would be more efficient then just the duplicator tool.
