Yeah, this was my first time watching an episode too, but seeing how short one is I'm pretty sure I've seen multiple episodes in full, but just segmented into separate YT clips.
There also seems to be no way of watching the show at all in the UK. I mean I would happily give them some money for the opportunity, but I guess they just don't want it.

I think this season is shaping up to be the best so far. Andre is just going onwards and upwards. I love this crazy ride.
I feel like this episode is much more experimental than the other ones.
The only thing that felt the same was the Horsin Around bit.
Barbara's morale was never the same after that day
He wasn't doing a good job at that company
The upside is that it seems that the quality of the show is going upwards but the downside is that it is getting more popular which means that a whole lot more people are aware of it. He even said it himself in interviews that they try to get people on who just don't know anything about the show.
Also after the end/credits there is a preview of the next episode

Apparently he often tells them something like "we just need you back for a minute to film the close" or something like that and then proceeds to just continue on with the crazy shit once they come back.
