If all mass that exists is taken into account, you can find a centre of gravity based off that, around which all of existence would have to rotate. Just hope for your sakes that it isn't earth.

This worries me. What if we are forever doomed to this rock for the entirety of our short existence? The aliens are all having a party on the other side of the galaxy.
