This is news?
The only people that use MySpace are crappy garage bands and middle school emo kids.
People still use myspace?

I'm pretty sure they moved to Facebook.

Apparently so.
Murdoch must be mad.
Jesus christ, just shut it down already, along with Bebo.
No-one uses them anymore, EVER.
I stopped using Myspace after they forced you to use the new layout. It went all downhill after that.
MySpace has always seemed out of place from my point of view. Never used it, nor has anybody I know.
Never joined it.
MySpace was the social networking beta, before we figured out how to do it properly.
Used it a long time ago, now everybody uses Facebook.
I thought MySpace was dead after, you know, the mass movement to Facebook.

They have but their shitty music still has to be hosted on myspace.

lol
Ha, didn't use it, and I don't use facebook either.
People chose functionality over configurability.
Surprise surprise.
I knew this was going to happen after they changed their front page.
I don't know what the old front page looked like, but when the BBC bot posted that article on their new page, the new one looked awful and it was confusing as shit. Of course people left.
Haven't heard of facebook in a long time.
I stop using myspace when everyone started to migrate to facebook, one thing that I like about myspace is the nice details of customization you can apply to the site, the same goes to vampirefreaks.com. facebook just miss that ability to customize my site, but I guess they have that reason of optimization so every user don't have a problem finding your page.
After reading this I decided to check out what has changed about myspace. On the front page there is a "Connect to Facebook option". They are REALLY getting desperate.
the only reason i see in using myspace is for bands and advertisement for it

MySpace is basically like Facebook, but with too much customization.
The last myspace popculture reference I heard in a movie was 2008-ish
the same goes to vampirefreaks.com.
:what:
Good, Myspace was a mass of pink flashy siezure inducing Gif's.

Little Fockers had an ad of myspace, the drunk bitch used it to upload photos.

that's because dumb computer illiterate people search "www.facebook.com" on google, because they don't know what a address bar is.

wouldn't they also search www.myspace.com?
Myspace was always a teenager hangout. The success of Facebook was managing to appeal to everyone, even the PC illiterate.
Myspace = bombarded with advertisements.
No thanks
