Shit that's eerie. Cool that there is remembrance for the Holocaust though, you wouldn't see anything like this is America.

It holds to reason that Israel would see the Holocaust remembrance as something incredibly serious.

Its not like the vast majority of people participating in this remembrance were around back then. Anyone who isn't a complete fool regards the holocaust as something incredibly serious. The difference is that this remembrance was started in a directly affected area, and continues it for the debatable sake of tradition.
I bet that is a major cause for accidents on the freeway - before and after the siren.
