My brother ran in cuffs and got away from the cops. They found him at his buddies house later on still in cuffs, he tried to run again and the cop threw him into a table and smashed the table.

Exactly. Bystanders in America sometimes film things they deem very important with their cellphones and other various mobile devices. You'll probably see more America police brutality videos because people record it since you can't really interfere with what the police are doing since that's going to get you arrested.

Police had all the right chances and hell - even likely would have been cleared to just smoke this guy. Did they not? Negative. There is no hail of gunfire and they are very patient with someone who just tried to murder one of their own. They take him into custody.
