FUCKING DRUG COURT

Once upon a time,
This 15 year old kid was skating and was harrased by cops. Then they proceeded to search his friends and then asked him if they could search him. He replied, "I do not consent to this search." Without missing a beat, the cop twisted his wrist and told him that he had the right to be detained. He took one step to turn and face the cop and ask under what reason, and was charged with resisting arrest. No rights were read. (police brutality was in session when they slammed his head against a brick wall i might add) so they arrested him blahblahblahblahh

This stupid "youth drug court program" is so horrible, you pay $30 a week for random drug testing. I have been going to 3 N/A & group meetings a week, 1 on 1 therapy/family groups once a month FOR 7 MONTHS NOW. They put me on 'educational' which is only supposed to be between 3-6 months. I have missed a whopping grand total of 1 drug test on black Friday because they switched around the drug testing times 5 days before court and then i had to serve 36 hours in jail. and that's not even half of the stress they put minors under, FUCK FLORIDA, FUCK ILLEGALIZATION OF CANNABIS. anyways, think i should just drop out and try and fight it in court?
fyi it has been over 8 months since the incident.

Pretty sure they didn't have any probable cause if they asked you for consent to search, and you clearly said you didn't agree to any search ..

i was arrested as a freshman in high school for having X(mdma) sadly i couldnt fight it because their was too much evidence.

Mushrooms come up on some tests, it depends what test they use.

Depends what they're looking for. Also most powders tend to be out of your system in 4-5days anyway. That said if you've got a drug test coming up why risk it just don't use anything before you have it. There's probably an endless list of RCs which dont display but then it's risky territory as they may display as false positives for other drugs depending on what chemical the tests check for.

-Unscheduled stuff that isn't an analog of stuff they do test for, for example DXM, salvia, LSA, booze and many more, do your research

-Stuff that leaves your system relatively quickly, this is super risky if you're on random testing but if they only do testing on suspicion during your probation you can do a lot of things as long as you're careful and work towards getting it out of your system as soon as it's in. (I know people that smoked weed throughout their probation and didn't get caught but it's probably a bad idea)

Basically you need to find out what they actually test for in your tests and work with that, just do research.

I live in Texas and instead we have "Teen Court" which if you agree to it (They push you to it) you automatically plead guilty and they find your punishment which sucks, I can only imagine that drug court.
