• The button 3D animation & Nat Geo station call

Thought I'd put it in a thread too, not just the 3D thread. :D Here's a short animation about a curious box and a mysterious button. It was animated in Cinema 4D using FFD objects. And here's a station call I had to think up and create for a school assignment. Used Cinema 4D for the foreground and After Effects for everything else. No cars this time, sorry... :(
It seems a shame to point out on the Nat Geo one you've got a faint line around the logo, other than that it's really nicely done. EDIT: Actually I could be wrong, it might be an Artifact of the low compression for YouTube.
Ow yea :D I'll redo that and submit it.
I don't like the color on the lettering, make them brighter. Would make the animation perfect.
Did you also make the sounds of the Nat Geo animation or is it taken from one of their actual calls? Feels very authentic
The sounds are from free sound.org, the low pitch roar is an instrument I edited a bit in Audition because a similar sound is used in a real call of Nat Geo. :)
First video reminded me of veggie tales.
No idea what that is, actually.
A 90s christian cartoon starring vegetables The animation techniques you used are 1;1 with what they used to animate it back in the day.
It does look pretty similar, yeah. :D
