I drove it in Forza 3 the other day and yeah, it owns
Try it in real life, seriously good car, no hint of understeer and the noise from the engine, love it.

I love hatchback cars, I refuse to get a car with a trunk now.
They are just better. Hold more, look better, etc. They allow a smaller form factor too, and tend to get better MPG.

Eh, not all hatchbacks get good mileage and hold more in the trunk...it's down to the actual car. Whether or not it's got a hatchback doesn't really affect that kind of shit.

Or small hatchbacks. Some hatchbacks with 5 doors look good too.
Very few 5 door cars are referred to as "hatchbacks", people call those [i]wagons[/i], because they're much longer than the typical "short" hatchback. The whole reason people like hatchbacks is because they are small and easy to get around in.
It's a nice wagon, though, don't get me wrong. You've got a clean ride.
They may be wagons, but they still have a hatchback.

Wouldn't my rx-7 [i]technically[/i] be a hatchback then? I assume it's the same as this and the trans am above, in that the whole rear end window and all lift up?

Those kinds of hatchbacks are considered hatchbacks, but are not 3-doors because the trunk door isn't vertical. You could probably also call them liftbacks.
