• Moving on to Insanity?

I've spent the last year or so focusing heavily on long distance cardio and basic strength training and I [i]really[/i] need to do something new. I've started to edge towards that long-distance runner built for endurance body (unhealthy looking) and I've decided its time for a change. I've heard Insanity is far more cardio based than P90x which does appeal to me, I don't want to build muscle that much. Anyone have any other ideas or any alternatives?
Both suck balls. You won't build huge amounts of muscle that fast. Depends on what you want. Beginners - Starting Strength. Though, I see no point in changing completely from distance running into strength training. Sounds weird.
