CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (WKRC/WSYX/Sinclair Broadcast Group) - During Halloween season, it's not uncommon for listless dummies to be mistaken for distressed humans, prompting 911 calls. But, sadly, in Chillicothe, Ohio, the reverse was true; a murdered woman found hanging on a chain-link fence Tuesday morning was thought to be simply another Halloween prank.
Around 8:30 a.m., construction workers in Chillicothe called police when they realized the body was actually a real woman. One neighbor who saw the body thought it was a Halloween prank.

A Halloween prop in the middle of nowhere, okay.
Well isn't that fucking nice.
Halloween has to suck for law enforcement.
Read your article before you title your thread:
The woman's body dangled, as her sleeve was caught high on the fence. Police said she had obvious injuries, but deny that the body was mutilated.
I had two tabs open due to some editing (tagging) issues, and mistakenly submitted the one that had the title error.
If a moderator would fix it, I would appreciate it as I honestly felt a little saddened knowing I had mistakenly perpetuated hearsay in a click-baity manner.
I don't see the body in the picture.
Must be creepy seeing it, and then later hearing it was an actual body.
Something about this sounds awfully familiar, didn't something like this happen last year?
Walking home one day a few years back in October, one of the places had a side yard completely obscured by vines and leaves. However, at one spot the obscuring plant life cleared up and left a hole, and upon peeking through I saw a "man" in a blue flannel top, bloodied jeans, and a pumpkin for a head that just seemed to droop. Scared the fuck out of me because I thought something like this had happened, and here we are years later.

They also mentioned that she apparently sucked as a mom based on what her kid had to say but I don't see the relevance.
The moment I saw that article about the man displaying life like gruesome displays that something like this would happen.
