Never said anything was faked. Things can be taken out of context etc. As a scientist, I know how important it is to use source criticism - you must be 100% unbiased and check and check and recheck and compare with many different sources. I have not read much about this that is true, but I doubt a lot of people into this have read into it enough and checked info against other sources and tbh I doubt they are completely unbiased and could interpret things through their bias.
But yeah if this stuff is true, it is fubar.
