I love how every VR related video tested does has Will looking in the direction of the camera with his mouth agape.

real virtuality is a registered trademark by bohemia interactive? they should consider using a different name
I just tried HTC VR demo at a concert in Portland last night. Holy shit VR truly is the future of gaming it blew my mind. Before I tried it I thought it was gonna be lame but once I was in and walking around the room My face muscles hurt because my mouth was wide open in awe.
VR + laser tag, I can see it now
that catch though
Man what a time to be alive!
This is really really cool

That is the best thing I have ever read in a sentence. I'd pay in internal organs to experience something like that.
I know some people may disagree with me, but I hope someone makes Hunting and Fishing simulators. I'd love to just have a co-op game with someone with say the HTC Vive, and go hunting for elk. It'd be such an interesting experience.
In speaking of simulators, I also hope that Eurotruck simulator has HTC Vive compatibility.

*SMACK* as they run into eachother.

Just have it setup with the Omni Treadmill.
Basically, 16x16 player matches where everyone has HTC Vives, Hit-Detection Vest, and Omni Treadmills. From this you simply just choose a game that everyone has to play, and boom. You have the most awesome thing possible
Fucking imagine playing Nazi Zombies with that system. God damn that'd be fun.

But they're being tracked
Okay if technology really is exponential, this type of technology could get fuckin crazy over the next decades.
We'd probably have businesses having their own warehouses and shit for like 30+ people VR games.

The arcade revival, perhaps?

TBH I've wondered for a long time why arcades which could be drawing in huge customers by making advantage of the physical space often at most just have big plastic chairs or light guns attached to games from 2001. They're seriously missing out on opportunities with the hardware available now
I thought it would be pretty cool set up trackers for a bunch of nerf guns and do an AR/VR 'laser tag' game with that.
So like, you walk up and physically grab the gun you want to use. Want a shotgun? Pick up a shotgun.

take what you have with the OP vid, scan and align placement with the car with the virtual scan. (or a prop model), make a driving sim where you get out of the car to do things like fixing things or getting gas.
