What program would be used for effect from this video?

In that video at 1:40 when he cuts out like poster. It looks so cool, how would that effect be made? What program? or whats the trick?
He also then rolls that poster and it's still animated.
Sorry of wrong section, just can't see anywhere else to ask. Since many ppl are creative and make videos etc..

I assume many programs can do that. One of them is Adobe After effects, I think. Possibly some 3D designer program.

Its a 3d model, composited in a program like after effects, so look into Blender, 3DS max for that kind of stuff, and any compositing program After effects, vegas etc

It's doable, just bunch of image morphing with time variable.
It's just a waste of time to recreate something that is already out there lol...
and the existing ones are probably better since they have already spend tons of time into it.
