I actually was going to purchase this the other day off steam, until I saw this on the store page. "[B]3rd-party DRM:[/B] SecuROM™ 5 machine activation limit" Sorry devs, if you slop activision-limit crap DRM on my games, you don't deserve my money. If it ever gets taken off I'll definitely buy it because I hear it's a good game otherwise.
I liked the sound of the 'build-your-own abomination' last year, it's what Shivering Isle's gatekeeper should've been like.

It's really not that bad as it sounds. I can understand it if you don't buy it because it requires you to be connected to the internet all the time, but this DRM is reasonable. Give it a chance.

I am so tired of stupid drm schemes. What are they thinking when implementing this drm, their ass?

Give it a chance.[/QUOTE] Activations being restorable or not doesn't really matter to me due to the fact that SecuROM in general is a huge bitch to remove off of your computer. DRM on Steam = no buy for me, no matter the circumstances.
