my puppy is dieing from internal bleeding from a ruptured spleen

So that about sums it up, my little puppy patches, who's about 3 years old now has ruptured her spleen somehow and the vet says she will die anytime between tonight and a week from now if she doesn't go into surgery. This surgery is going to cost me about $5000 of which I have to make out of my own pocket, I've been working overtime now and I have about $1500 to save her life however, there's another $3500 that I have to come up with and no family members of mine are willing to even give me a dollar to save the one thing that has held me to being alive at times and has been my best friend through the last 3 years.

I know this won't be seen as anything anyone will care about and I'll probably be flamed for it but I'm going to post a donation URL to my paypal so I can help pad the costs, I'm going to have to take out a loan and anything helps to pay it back, if someone gave me 1 penny I'd be overjoyed because it means I have that much more of a chance to save my dog.

I don't have any money, but I have sympathy my kitten died 2 weeks ago. I hope your earn the money. I seriously hate those super-high costs for surgery.
