I was making beats with my newer version. It's also easier to play because I moved the keys. Play it and you'll see.
Your not going to get it fast enough to be useable in Game Maker, shits slow.
I wonder what kind of PCs specs you guys have, it works lagless here, maybe a very slight delay of puny milisecs but nothing too noticeable.
I don't lag with game maker games so I don't know how this would lag.
I set the change sprite speed to .1 so maybe I could make that even less, then it will be a lot faster. I'll also see if I can set sounds faster.
