I had emailed them about a problem with my cd key and they havn't posted to me and it's been 2 days. IF I don't get an email by tomorrow I'm gonna resubmit my question.

Maybe their products just suck enough for them to get loaded with complaints and problems?
The main reason I am pissed is because even Valve will get to it within 24 hours if you post on their forums.
I emailed them on Saturday about something (that's Friday in America), and they still have no gotten back to me.
