Clean window sills?

I mean window blinds, thanks to mike down there.
What is a fast, easy, efficient, way of cleaning them? Because mine are above a table.. and I don't want to climb on my table.

And, is swiffer any good?

Every so often I dip mine in a bath of bleach and let them soak. Then I rinse them and hang them outside to dry.

I have an open case computer, laptop, and 2 monitors in the same room, so my goal is to remove the dust not just get the dust off.
