How do you even find stuff like that out? Like did he throw his keyboard across the room in a fit of rage and suddenly the calculator opened up?

Maybe someone had a shortcut to calc.exe set to open with F1 (or something on the side he's hitting), and the force/momentum of the hit is causing the key to press?
