So just a few hours ago, I dreamed that I was in a long tunnel, looking for a way out the other end. I give up and leave the tunnel for a little while. When I attempted to go in there again, I saw police lines erected throughout the tunnel. My first thought was "There must've been a murder." So I went in to investigate. The tunnel was also a little bit flooded at this point. Then I heard footsteps. I looked for a place to hide so that they won't find me. But the footsteps grew louder and at this point, I'm convinced that whoever it was would find me. So I woke up. Then I heard footsteps AGAIN, only this time, my eyes are open. Next thing I know, this shadowy figure came up to my face, while I was still laying down. I couldn't move, and I swear I actually felt it breathe on me. I tried to scream, but the most I could get out was a moan. By the time I could move my arm to touch the figure, it disappears. I envy anyone who has never suffered sleep paralysis before.
I never have the patience nor the guts to actually try sleep paralysis. Have a heart :unsmith:
I just cant do it Every single time I try I fail
get off the meth
due to the fact I'm on heavy medication, when I go to sleep, my dreams and the real world seamlessly cross over, thursday night I was being chased around a 13th century version of my house by a group of shadow figures.
I never had something like that happen. And i think i want to keep it that way.

I have sleep paralysis nearly every morning, and only mornings, unintentionally. It's not fun.
Guh, sleep paralysis is horiffic. Though I read somewhere that it usually lasts like 10 minutes or something? When I get it it only lasts for about 20 seconds, am I different? D:
I once had a dream that I was in an underwater city being chased by big guys and little girls following them

I try to lucid dream by staying conscious when sleep paralysis comes in the evening, but i always feel the blood run through the veins(is it veins) in my foot and its such a disgusting feeling that i have to move the foot and start over.
Some nights I'll have it. Not fun.
Only time I've had sleep paralysis was in a dream, that was bad enough.
Was everyone taking a strange heroin-like drug?
Wait, how do you know that?!
There's some song about sleep paralysis and one line is "When I blink you'll be gone, you'll be gone." Anybody know it? I'm still trying to master lucid dreaming, so good luck with your mental night adventures.

Once I had SP and hallucinated that my jaw fell off. I saw my bottom jawbone roll down the side of the duvet and off the bed. Man, SP Hallucinations are so vivid it's crazy.
It's fucking weird how in dreams things that aren't normally frightening at all can make you shit your pants.

This happened to be before when I was about 7 or so, I walked downstairs to see my dad cut in half. And it was all because I fell asleep while watching the episode of Spongebob with Imagination, where they fight pirates and stuff

This happened to me involuntary and I didn't know what the fuck was going on. I couldn't scream, move or anything, I saw a dark shadow figure and I thought I was being abducted by aliens or some shit.
I have no idea what sleep paralysis is, can anyone elaborate?
I have no idea what sleep paralysis is, can anyone elaborate?
Your brain wakes up from rem sleep, but not your body. You're still dreaming but awake too. something like that
