Trucks run air powered brakes (and a lot of other stuff) so that's what makes the noise.
I wonder if this is a one use emergency break or if it can just keep rolling away again.
i mean. that is a big fucking truck. making things stop moving that quick seems to me like it would be a huge strain on the mechanics.
