Hello guys,
Not sure if this is the right section BUT I have been training to become a pilot and I bought 2 Go Pro's (1 by accident) so here they are if anyone is interested.

Oh man you are so lucky, i really want to get a ppl, it looks so exciting. Sadly it's very expensive.
Couldn't for the life of me get the video to embed, mind sharing how?
I always wanted to be a pilot but my health was always so shitty. So now I'm flying a desk and learning IOS instead :v:

I always say Flying is easy. The shit you have to do while you fly is the hard part

This shit is also the best part IMO. Just watching the pre flight checks in this video feels so great.

Go to a local flying club and make friends with the locals, you will probably be able to fly with them allthought you could probably never solo but flying is flying.

Flying is hard, in the next few parts, I aim for 70MPH climb out but the amount of times I was around 80MPH, it's hard to manage all the aspects of the plane.
Seriously make friends with pilots with CFI's, they love giving intro rides. And if you know a friend with a CFI, you can fly the plane (kinda) with no license whatsoever and work on getting your mandatory hours with someone you know instead of a stranger.
I've flown a C172 and Kitfox, Kitfox was hella agile since its a bush plane and felt like it was waiting to leap off the ground

Is it true landing is the hardest part?
I've flown a few times with my dad, very similar plane to what you're flying (cockpit looks very much if not exactly the same) so this was really cool to watch. Would never have the balls to sit on the left seat though, just flying it a few hundred meters straight ahead scares me shitless.
Subscribed for more.
I already tried few months ago with an instructor, damn it was fun, he also said i was one of the best first timer he has been with.
I took helicopter training. It was the coolest thing ever

Yes doing it on grass like me makes it harder.
Anyone got any good ideas where the POV camera could go or do you guys like it?
I solo today oh boy
People on the ground are gonna be running and screaming

Love the headmount camera. Keep it there.

I shall :)
I was in flight school once.
2/4 is created and is due for release on Monday! Make sure to subscribe to see it
Wilki, what was the hardest part for you while learning ?
Also how do you capture the sound of the radio ?
Oh what plane are you using ?
Third edit : I love your instructor.
I'd love to be able to fly.

So let's start with number 1.
The hardest thing is getting it right in the next few parts you can see me gettino really angry with myself for not staying at the correct speed or even staying at an altitude or heading. It sounds really simple and easy but when you're actually flying it is very difficult to control everything at once.
I have a dicta phone which plugs into my headset with a splitter and records exactly what my headset hears.
Cessna 150 call sign G-HULL

Why not)
Good on you for doing this, I'm a trainee pilot myself and I like seeing that other people pursuing it like I am
I'm going to make a thread in another section specifically for flying and people interested in who also have videos.
