you put it in image tags, silly
[QUOTE=ThePunisher1;33674693][IMG]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eKKADFIEX84&sns=fb[/IMG][/QUOTE] you better fix that before somebody quotes it [editline]11th December 2011[/editline] This is stupid. According to the uploader, it was the last train on a Friday night and the kid had no other way of getting home. The fare would probably only cost something insignificant like £3, he definitely didn't deserve to be literally thrown off board.

If I'm not completely wrong, here in Norway you're allowed to ride the train to your destination if you don't have a ticket, then you'll get a fine sent to your address later on. So they don't really throw you of. Though in this video it looks like the train is not moving, so they're probably allowed to throw him off. Edit: Why did he try to get back on if he didn't have a ticket?
Desperate to go home, perhaps.
Not a smart one then. "I should be able to ride this train even though I haven't paid for a ticket!"
That guy pushing him off and then getting applauded made me want to rip my screen in half. Yeah, the kid's wrong for not paying but that's no way to handle it, what if the kid had a knife?
[QUOTE=nox;33675001]That fat brute pushing him off and then getting applauded made me want to rip my screen in half.[/QUOTE] Why? The kid was asked several times to leave, he had no ticket and he was the one who started resisting when the guy was leading him off.
[QUOTE=Carne;33675014]Why? The kid was asked several times to leave, he had no ticket and he was the one who started resisting when the guy was leading him off.[/QUOTE] He said he payed, more than likely BS but what if he did? They'd have a massive lawsuit on their hands. Besides vigilante justice is not a good idea, this isn't the Old West.
What a little prick. Rules are rules, if you're driving without a ticket and get told to get off then you get off, if they say you're stupid and to get out at your destination you're lucky. Making use of the train is a privilege you get with buying a ticket. Not by being a piece of shit who doesn't obey the rules. [editline]11th December 2011[/editline] [QUOTE=nox;33675066]They should've waited for the police or security to come instead of playing the Hero and taking him on with no backup.[/QUOTE] That would've taken forever and delayed the whole train schedule of every other train in a massive zone.
What are they even saying lol
[QUOTE=nox;33675001]That fat brute pushing him off and then getting applauded made me want to rip my screen in half. Yeah, the kid's wrong for not paying but that's no way to handle it, what if the kid had a knife?[/QUOTE] If the kid had a knife and used it then the kid is STILL wrong. In fact the kid would go to jail and throw his life away. The kid is breaking the law by not paying, so he really does deserved to be thrown off. It's not like the damn train is moving. [QUOTE=Marbalo;33675130] what if your wife orbits my dick[/QUOTE]
Yeah I'm big and got a big beer belly. Applaud for me because I can throw a kid 30 years younger than me off of a train.
[QUOTE=Marbalo;33675208]So the correct answer is to delay the schedule of dozens of trains costing probably thousands of pounds?[/QUOTE] Call Police, Police prepare at the next station, train stops, police get on, take away kid, no mess to clean up.
[QUOTE=jbthekid;33675235]Yeah I'm big and got a big beer belly. Applaud for me because I can throw a kid 30 years younger than me off of a train.[/QUOTE] That's not the point. [editline]11th December 2011[/editline] [QUOTE=nox;33675262]Call Police, Police prepare at the next station, train stops, police get on, take away kid, no mess to clean up.[/QUOTE] There was a mess to clean up?
i remember when i was on a train and the conductor asks if these kids have any tickets they say "no, we didn't buy any" and she says "well that's ok, honesty's best with me" wat also i guess the video's not just about the train ride, it's about a little shit getting put in his place and showing they can't do whatever the fuck they like all the time

[QUOTE=nox;33675262]Call Police, Police prepare at the next station, train stops, police get on, take away kid, no mess to clean up.[/QUOTE] That's much worse I would rather get thrown off then to be taken away by police. [QUOTE=jbthekid;33675235]Yeah I'm big and got a big beer belly. I couldn't understand a word they said.
'oan yersel' big man. [editline]11th December 2011[/editline] The applause was for not taking shit from a disrespectful excuse for a human being... like so many of us do. The world needs more people like that guy, not letting big headed fucks intimidate innocent bystanders. The "big man" in question, represents the metaphorical little man in society. I think it's a sad day indeed when somebody stands up for said metaphorical little man, teaches a little prick a lesson... then for people to speak up and say he should be charged with assault.
they were possibly a little hard handed on the kid, but i don't think they were wrong to chuck him off. he hadn't paid for his ticket, he obviously had no intention to pay it (you can tell from his attitude, he wasn't saying that he was sorry and couldn't afford to pay, he was just sat there trying to defy the conductor by being a dick), and even if it was the last train of the night - that's his own responsibility, not the conductor, or any of the other passengers on the train who he was disrupting by not leaving, thus holding it up. we also have a system where if you don't have the necessary funds or correct ticket for your journey, the conductor takes down your details and issues you with a Penalty Fare that you pay back at a later date, so you can still travel. however, if people are adamant that they're not going to pay for a ticket then i think they deserve to be chucked off, everyone else on that train has paid for their journey, why should a single person be treated differently? [editline]11th December 2011[/editline] [QUOTE=zerotwelve;33674719]The fare would probably only cost something insignificant like £3, he definitely didn't deserve to be literally thrown off board.[/QUOTE] for the record, the ticket he bought from Polmont to Edinburgh Park is £7.40 return, £5.10 single [editline]11th December 2011[/editline] which isn't a massive amount, but it's not the amount the ticket costs that is the issue, it's that this kid thinks he can get away without paying for his journey
Man the youtube comments are just awful to look at.
If the fat guy was not working for the train company this was assault and should be handled like one even though the kid acted like a prick. It was none of his business and he used force against someone else without a good reason.

[QUOTE=carcarcargo;33676981]I'm fairly sure if someone is trying to do something illegal you're allowed to intervene as long as you don't attack them, kind of like citizens arrest.[/QUOTE] Did you miss the part where he was picked up off his feet and thrown to his ass? [QUOTE=Scotchair;33677138]... except he did have a good reason.[/QUOTE] What reason is that? He was in a hurry? Maybe if the kid was in the conductor's face like a punk but no, he was just sitting there. Imagine if Rosa Parks was just picked up and thrown off her bus in Alabama because people were impatient, she WAS disobeying the law after all.
The reason was that one selfish little cunt was holding up an entire train of people, purely because he thought he could intimidate them into giving him a free ride. He thought wrong.
