I train free running, been doing it about a year and a half now, its naf for training where i live :/ So i travel to Nottingham, Derby, places like that to train every weekend, or atleast every 2 weeks...So what do you think about it? If you do parkour then link me to your channel and i'll have a look :)
Heres one of my videos, its not my best one but its my latest one out so far, if you want to see my best one then check the 'Summer '10 Training' out or the 'Nottingham Jam 23-10-2010' video :) Not amazing like the really good people, like Daniel Ilabaca, Phil Doyle, Ryan Doyle, etc..

(I'm not sure where to actually post this but hopefully i wont get banned)
Oh man, was that guy at the end all right? Look at that giant open wound on his knee, dear god. That must have hurt like hell.
Haha yeah, it was only a little cut (either that or you was being sarcastic :P)...but the thing he was doing was quite big, and he's only just getting back into training because he fractured his knee in 2 difference places about 7 months ago, hes only been training for about 2 months now... The gap that he jumped in the video is bigger in reality, but it looks smaller on the vid :/
I think it's stupid, you run around and jump like a little bunny on other peoples property.
Lol better than sitting on your butt all day playing cod though...and its fun to us...we get adrenaline etc

I get quite the adrenaline rush from playing games like Killing Floor and such, CoD is for casuals anyway and sitting at the computer won't result in me breaking all of my bones.
well thats fair enough then, but people only break bones when they do something they know they cant handle, and just try it to impress others.

Unless somebody happens to throw your computer at you.

Why would anyone do that?
Raging in a lan party
Raging in a lan party
I dont go to LAN parties :v:
haha it was a joke anyway
Oh my god, the guy at the end needs to go to the hospital. Hell, that cut is so bad his leg might even need to be amputated!
I dont go to LAN parties :v:
lan parties go to you
What's the song in this video called? I hear it around all the time.
you're just jumping off of 2 feet ledges, falling over and skinning your knees. If I recall I did this shit when I was 8.
Nubsy its called The Nosebleed - Hilltop Hoods lol, and 2 feet ledges? Alright then
You look like you all need to go to the gym. You struggled to pull your own weight up a ledge
Your most recent video is pretty good. Should post that one too.

You know, it's just what they like. And yes, it's better than playing videogames in some way.
It could also be useful in life, unlike "l33t cod pwnin skillz".
Are you doing any weight training?
Or at least any upper body strength stuff?
As long as you're not an idiot about it, it's the most fun you can have in an urban environment. If I hadn't broken my hand (cycling accident, not parkour), I'd be running right now.
Yes markfu, i condition every night, but its mostly technique to get up on ledges and things, you dont really need strength if you have a good technique, and exactly miscreanity, thanks for being positive about it :)
Y'all ain't got nothing on this guy:

Haha yeah i know, he's amazing...met him in real life, as well as Tim Shieff, aka Livewire (who won freerunning championship 2009), i went to Damiens gym and learnt some stuff there...hes quite quiet tbh
You all are scrawny shits, get some muscle so you can actually perform the moves right without twitching like a dying rabbit on a wall for 10 seconds.
and you know how to perform the moves how? link me to a video of you doing the same stuff we're doing please..
I've seen much better.
I'd say its good practice, but not much worth to film it.
But hell, I can' do a front flip off a rock so yeah.
Just keep practicing
