lets hope random disasters can be disabled instead of having every player abide by the same rules in order to enforce unnecessary dull online social game play
can't wait to use the "no disasters" cheat
yes. YES.
This looks like a lot of fun.
Oh god yes
Is the always on drm still in? Because it looks really good.
So now everything just breaks into perfectly cut pieces + they are random and forced. Yay....
Is the always on drm still in? Because it looks really good.
It will always be always on. That's how their asynchronous multiplayer works.
I don't like how there's a lot of empty space between buildings..
I'm starting to really look forward to this.
Who is the Narrator? his voice sounds familiar.

Yay....
they've said in every trailer that most of the visuals are placeholder currently [editline]15th October 2012[/editline] maybe that's changed by now but i don't think damage effects are something to get hung up over in a game like this
Who is the Narrator? his voice sounds familiar.
0:17, his voice does comes close to it.. its GeneralIvan btw
I'm more worried about the random factor.
Who is the Narrator? his voice sounds familiar.
Little Big Planet?
I wonder if you'll be able to call in the national guard should the aliens drop by.
I would think that this would be disable able or at least adjustable. But only at a region wide level.
No giant monsters? Aww. I remember there being a giant monster disaster in one of the sim cities. It was always fun to see how they stacked up against the town militia.
Wait, they're not only putting in 4 disasters are they, because if so that's really shit.
Wait, they're not only putting in 4 disasters are they, because if so that's really shit.
Also no terraforming.
I kinda like this.
Also no terraforming.
So we can conclude, no impact craters from meteors, plus no trail of ripped-up turf from tornadoes, plus no faults from earthquakes, equals total and utter disaster. F-

Half of the game they have improved, and the other half they have ruined. Still don't know what to think of this game.
I'm waiting for the inevitable flop This seems way too simplified for my liking
That tornado is ugly as hell.
I hope that this game is successful enough to warrant expansions and sequels, but not successful enough to warrant major reworkings of core mechanics. I love the new graphics and interface, but they seriously need to work on making more cluttered cities. I want to build gigantic sprawling cities dammit!
no volcanoes? fuck you.
No giant monsters? Aww. I remember there being a giant monster disaster in one of the sim cities.
