At first, Call of Duty: Ghosts's Riley was butt of every joke on the internet. For better or for worse, Riley was all over social networking sites. Some for ridicule, some for praise but mostly ridicule. Well, if Riley wasn't cool enough for ya, by next week, you can pay a measly $4 to change Riley into "The Wolf". Basically, you cough up for $4 and after you get the 5 or 6 killstreak to call in your guard dog, it'll be a wolf – that's it.
this is really grasping at straws now...
Gaming is saved!
Granted, that is pretty awesome (as is usually the case with wolves) but 4 fucking bucks?
4 fucking dollars for a skin?
I want giraffes. Why doesn't anybody give me my combat giraffes?!
Dog armour!
Does it get out of the way when you move close to it?
lets be honest with ourselves, while this is pretty stupid (coming from someone who enjoys call of duty), it's hardly the stupidest dlc anyone has sold for actual money
The best part is where activisions response will be something along the lines of "We have the best customers and fans in the multiverse; and our fans demand the ability to change what they want about our game; albeit at a price. We know this is the way gamers truly want it"
B-B-But the exciting new dog model!
I expect fish DLC soon.
lets be honest with ourselves, while this is pretty stupid (coming from someone who enjoys call of duty), it's hardly the stupidest dlc anyone has sold for actual money
yeah, 4 dollars for cosmetic bragging rights dlc is no big deal. TF2, Dota, and CSG have stuff similar to this stuff, although you can find and sell it. This is nowhere near as bad as weapon DLC for sp games a la Just Cause 2, horse armor, or pay to win bullshit.
They should've made Corgi DLC.
lets be honest with ourselves, while this is pretty stupid (coming from someone who enjoys call of duty), it's hardly the stupidest dlc anyone has sold for actual money
Used to be Horse Armor but this costs about twice as much.
That should be $0.99 at the most I'd almost hesitate paying $0.49 for that, honestly
I want a $20 DLC that replaces my RPG missiles with shaken-up 2 liters of Mountain Dew
4$? What a fucking rip They're trying to hard now
I want a $20 DLC that replaces my RPG missiles with shaken-up 2 liters of Mountain Dew
C4 replaced with bag of doritos.
I want a $20 DLC that replaces my RPG missiles with shaken-up 2 liters of Mountain Dew
Throwing knives are now sharpened doritos [editline]9th December 2013[/editline] Damnit

Now their just trolling.
C4 replaced with bag of doritos.
Boiling steam from mountain dew for smoke grenades
They should've made Corgi DLC.
I would pay 70 bucks for the DLC alone, on top of a 60 dollar game.
To be honest, if I played and it cost around 50 cents, I would probably buy it to bring down my steam wallet from 0.79 to 0.29. I've spent more money on worse things.
Seeing as Treyarch had a bacon skin for guns in BO2 I wouldn't put it past IW to try to kick it up a notch and add a doge skin for the guard dog since it's the Hot New Meme
i'm not sure which is more ridiculous the fact that they actually did this or the fact that people will still throw their money at this
4$? What a fucking rip They're trying to hard now
ok look at tf2 or dota there are 'skins' (cosmetic items) that cost way more than 4$. Some sets in dota cost like $15 Sure it's a dumb DLC, but saying they are the only ones to do it is wrong. As long as its purely cosmetic $4 is a very reasonable price...compared to other games with cosmetic dlc or items.
Soon, Rob Stark character skin. You will be the King of the North!
Hahaha only an hour ago I re-installed Oblivion and was greeted with the glorious Horse Armor DLC notification. I think it's finally been topped. Bravo.
