YouTube Designs? Which ones were the best ones?:) - General

Hey, I have not found any thread like this yet. I was thinking about the YouTube designs in the last days. And i could not decide which one was the best one... So I had the idea of asking you guys! :) In my opinion everything on the net adapts to modern times, and since updates are just usual everything always changes for some people in a good way an for some people in a bad way. So i was wondering which YouTube design you like/liked most? Just post your opinion in the comments!:) Thanks and regards! yours B4tx

The one right now is fine. I liked the one in 2010.

The iphone app underwent a redesign which was fucking terrible.

Honestly can't remember the last time YouTube didn't have a shit layout but the old top comment system is infinitely better than this bullshit we have now. Chucklefuck McGee with 100000 subscribers should not get the same position with 1 upboat as someone with no subs and 100 upboats.

Man, I don't know if it's because it's just-slightly-out-of-date styling or what, but that old Youtube looks fucking ugly. I definitely used to like it, and when they brought out the newer player I preferred the older one. But now... I don't know, I like the new style. The only thing that annoys me is the fact that I can't access my channel by clicking on my channel logo in the top right on the homepage, but that's only what I'm used to. Otherwise, I think that things have generally improved.

I kinda like the one right now. Sadly it's only a matter of time before they change it again.

Current youtube is nice. Over all I think it has continually become better for creators at least, if not for everyone. It definitely is more complex now, but it also has way more good features. My Condolences, Smeetin

Liked the one back in 2012, where it would show which comment someone replied to and had actual top comments. Some channels still actually have it. As for channels, I don't really mind as much but I prefer the one FSR posted.

The Windows Phone app (designed by Microsoft) was incredible and matched the WinPhone design language perfectly, but then Google threw a hissy fit and had it removed, so now the YouTube app is now just a hyperlink to the website (which loads in Internet Explorer).

The worst design is always the newest one and as soon as you get used to it and actually start to like it they change to something even worse.
