A proposed bus advert by a Christian group would have been like a "slap in the face" to gay charity Stonewall over an anti-bullying message, the High Court has heard.
Transport for London banned the Core Issues Trust's "ex-gay" advert because it could cause "widespread offence".
The one who started this campaign got just a little bit too butthurt.
Implying someone can be ex- or post-gay.
He has a point, though. There is no right not to be offended.
post-gay sounds like a music genre

i imagine it would sound like elton john meets godspeed
A better reason to ban it would be false advertising since there's nothing to indicate that ex-gay therapy of any kind works

Put a space after commas.

The banner in the OP and this post makes me think this would've been their campaign's theme song.

Really good this got banned, all this ex-gay therapy is bullshit.
They should have adverts that read "Not an asshole! Ex-asshole, post-asshole and proud. Being gay is not a choice; get over it!" instead.
I hate those damn post-gays.

That sounds amazing.
I'm ex-gay
as in extra gay
Dunno why they're going for "it'll be offensive" rather than simply "it's misleading, unsubstantiated bollocks"
This is a rebuttal to the "SOME PEOPLE ARE GAY, GET OVER IT" Adverts that were put on some busses around the UK.

I think that was one of the ASA's arguments, just as you can't plaster a bus with adverts proclaiming that cancer can be cured with a magical cure.
