Although game bundles are nothing new for the video card industry, in the last couple of years they’ve come back into vogue in a way we haven’t seen in at least a decade. With digital distribution becoming the de facto distribution method for PC games it has transformed video game bundling by supplanting the need to include physical copies of games with video cards. This has allowed GPU manufacturers and their partners to get a lot more creative in what games are bundled, particularly by allowing them to bundle newly released (or even yet to be released games) instead of months-old games that the logistics of physical distribution require.
But I already own all but two of those.
And those two are the ones I don't want.
I thought they were doing this in Dec too?
Oh come on I just bought my card 2 weeks ago.
At least thumb tag that shit. You know its a successful marketing campaign when people take it as new and exciting news.

Seeing as the average user owns a 1080 screen, the image fits so I don't think there needs any thumb tags.
I got two 7950s like, less than a month ago.
One thing is for sure.
I got no money for this and my parents don't need any new graphics cards, as far as I know.
I love the bottom left corner of the image:
Q: What the heck is an "ultimate reload?"
A: Well, it's like IDKFA.
time to take out a third mortgage, kids!

thirty-third*
This sucks. I could have gotten like... $200 in games if I waited a bit longer. Oh well.
Got an email from XFX talking about something called Bioshock Infinity. What are these guys trying to shuffle on me?
if you guys already bought the cards from someplace like newegg try asking support to see if they'll send you a code.
I bought my 7950 a day after christmas, got Sleeping Dogs, Hitman: Absolution, Farcry 3, and 20% off Warfighter, already had the first and third, gave them away, it's a cool idea though, you can save so much money.
Well I guess I'm finally switching from Nvidia then.
Sweet more free game cards 4 me
Am I blind or does it not say when this ends? I'm upgrading some time this month and I was actually looking to buy the 7950, but dunno if it'll be over by the end of the month.
I'd rather have cheaper graphics cards overall than inflating the price with games that I already have

Where do you see the price of these cards shooting up?

It just feels to me like by having everything bundled with a game, or games whose retail value would be about $60 or $120, I'd rather skip over the game and get have that difference in my pocket.
You know, I have been meaning to get a new card.

I get what you mean but that's just not how promotional offers like this work.

You realise that the cards arent actually more expensive? At least from what I can see from here, the prices are the same, and you just get those games.
Oh come on I just bought my card 2 weeks ago.
email them, see if you can get in on it, sometimes they'll be nice and give them to you, and if not, no harm done
if i already have a 7970 do can i get this bundle too

There is no such thing as a free lunch.
This holds true here. No matter how you spin and whirl the numbers around, they have to pay for these titles. It's the difference between "free" extra stuff and regular pricing, and reduced pricing on the card.
Yea, that's what I'm thinking too. Bundles are fine, but why not show them to be cheaper to people. I guess for those who aren't sure about performance.
(The bundle point is to push out the last batches of 7000 series for the 8000 series coming out this year
eagerly awaiting the inevitable leak that lands people free codes
Free games, or working drivers.
Hmmmm.
My 6870's drivers work so I'll take column A.
