Always made me shit myself, but further examination, doesn't seem so hard. There is a fuck load of them but you're not focused on the boss, you're focused on yourself, and they're slow. With a tiny hit box and practice, it seems possible.

This is only difficult because it's all about bullet spam and it's another one of those "One hit and you die" games. Compare it to other games, like Warhammer 40k: Fire Warrior (Even on Easy it's hell). Hell, some other bosses might not be that difficult, but the levels may be the worst parts of a game.
