Your Christ looks great. The value on his face is perfect; it gives proper shape to the features without over stressing them.

I was thinking that too. The Christ looks great, but there's just something [I]off[/I] about the Dark Lord. He looks too short, or something, and he arm is coming out at a weird angle. I'm seriously digging hard on Jesus, though.

Thanks for the comments. It took about 5 hours total for all the work. The devil I was having problems with exactly how I wanted him to look, I thought a traditional devil would be too demeaning towards the work and an over the top one would just detract from jesus. Im glad you all are digging jesus though, im an atheist and i've never really done any religious work before and I wanted to make sure that it was obvious it was him and not some fool with long hair. I can still go over and fix the devil if you guys have any idea on how to make him more predominant yet not intruding.

honestly it does look like he's either kneeling or clipping through the ground the markmaking I don't really like at all and the background on the left needs to be more than triangle mountains

By what you can assume from the chest's POV, the devil has a very big set of arms and head. But still, I cant stress enought how good this piece is, even if I'm agnostic and have no faith in any of that.
