Looks like It's 3 (or more) projectors, each one pointed at the walls or floor, with each playing a video maped out to the chair and table, creating a illusion of the surface texture of the object changing.
If you had enough cash and time/space, you could do this at home.

this + depth perception trickery on flat surfaces, ala Wile E Coyote's painted on tunnels and vistas.
It only looks right from the cameras perspective, right?
