half of their videos are pretty agreeable, but the rest are just awful. i just don't even understand how they can consistently piss me off and make me interested at the same time

just so happens that this is one of those videos that i agree with.
players online can be awful, and there needs to be a way to combat that instead of having morons go "its just a videogame lol grow up :^)"
Are those the guys that took the Money off people and Went to Penny Arcade, i only heard a bit about that didn't they used to be on The Escapist.
