I'm afraid its reached the point where I have absolutely no expectations from this game; 40M in promises will be a feat to satisfy. (that I hope they can deliver on)
The day will come when the game is released and I will shrug my shoulders and carry on. I don't really know how I feel about it in all honesty.

I think that eventually they will have everything the stretch goals promise, just maybe not at release.
If you get absorbed by the expectations a 40 million dollar kick starter game will hold you won't have a single chance at not being disappointed. I don't think this won't be an awesome game but I doubt its going to be this awesome.
At 50M they will add 32 man PVP and hopefully a racing mode.
If this fails future, big kickstarter projects will lose so much trust
I find it hard to have any faith in a game that runs on an engine which is 99% graphics and 1% game.
Next Stretch Goal: Your Monitor throws money at YOU
Is this game supposed to be an instance-based MMO?
Is this game supposed to be an instance-based MMO?
more like a hyper sharded freelancer 2.0
this is roughly the cost of development of modern warfare 2
I can't wait to play this game in 2085
Woah. 40mil. This better be good.
I'm afraid its reached the point where I have absolutely no expectations from this game; 40M in promises will be a feat to satisfy. (that I hope they can deliver on)
I didn't pay shit so I'll probably enjoy this game regardless
I think the game is gonna be great. Watching all the dev videos makes you realize how hard they work on everything. Its just not gonna live up to the fantasy expectations that people have created in their heads however.
Truely the food fight of videogames.
Completely agree. They've added waaay too many stretch goals to make this all feasible.
Most of the features for stretch goals aren't that difficult. Only a handful of them will be more difficult to achieve and one of the most difficult one is promised to release after the main game.
Amazing milestone for crowdfunding!
Truely the food fight of videogames.
Fucking what? How?
I honestly don't hold this game up in high regards. I don't know the expected date but it just seems like the kind of game that looks pretty and acts like a tech demo.
imagine if this game sucks
Fucking what? How?
Amazingly large budget, long production times?
more like a hyper sharded freelancer 2.0
I was sort of interested, but it just seems like it would be better as either singeplayer/co-op, or full blown MMO.
Amazingly large budget, long production times?
Unlike food fight, no data has been lost and actual effort is being put into this.
Unlike food fight, no data has been lost and actual effort is being put into this.
also unlike foodfight: everything. why was this comparison made in the first place?
It's amazing how SO MANY people have sunk hundreds of dollars into this game All to get a slightly better/limited time ship when the game finally comes out.
Amazingly large budget, long production times?
A lot of things have this, why compare it to Food Fight unless you're saying its bad?
I think the game is gonna be great. Watching all the dev videos makes you realize how hard they work on everything.
