Fleeing for their lives, a small party abandon their Civil War confederates and escape through an overgrown field. Thinking only of what lay behind, they are ambushed by two dangerous men and made to search the field. Psychedelia, madness and chaotic forces slowly overtake the group as they question what treasure lies within the malignant field.
The entire film is in black and white

This film is pretty special because it's premiering on multiple different formats - Cinema, TV and VoD. It's on Film4 at 10:45 BST tonight. I'm pretty excited, as Ben Wheatley has already shown himself to be a great young director.
But Sightseers was pretty bad.

A Field In England was ten times better than Sightseers.
I believe this was shot in only a few days, before Sightseers had been edited.
This is really worth watching. The dialogue isn't as good as it could be, but everything else is nigh on perfect. Wheatley is the master at making situations that shouldn't be creepy be the creepiest things ever.
Reece Shearsmith was amazing, too. I never realised he had it in him.

Not watched it myself but it seems to have got a generally good reception.
I thought Kill List was fantastic and hearing about how disturbing this gets I can't wait.
Is that Tyres? I am probably going to have to watch this.
I don't smoke anymore, but is this the type of movie best enjoyed high?
