How the world as we know it will end if piracy doesn't stop

Note: a lot of this thread is about what will happen in the far off future, so expect technology to advance a lot, and for piracy to become more socially accepted, and bear with me
While piracy really isn't bad in the short run, it will kill society in the long run. If piracy becomes so widespread that everyone pirates things, then there will be no reason to make any kind of software at all other than being altruistic, as they won't get any money from it at all, and would not be able to support themselves. This would lead to a cut in the amount of software related jobs to very close to 0. Thankfully, (I can't believe I'm saying this) we have helpful organizations such as the RIAA and MPAA, that by suing everyone who pirates anything they slow the process of everyone pirating everything.
Furthermore, once 3D printing becomes more advanced and accessible, and once we can synthesize metal/plastic/whatever we use in the future from the C02 in the air or whatever, people will just download schematics from the internet for everything, and (assuming it's possible we can synthesize food/water) no one will work anymore, because hey, need a new TV? Print it off on your printer from schematics you got from the internet.
There are 2 ways this can turn out, either an anarchy or a utopia/communist state (For the purposes of this thread communism is defined as a place with no government and everyone being altruistic). If an anarchy develops then the world will restart (due to no one making any electricity to power the printers/internet, unless we've discovered a very accessible energy source by then that anyone can use, which would be more like a utopia), and we will eventually run into this problem again, or some idiot will print off a nuke and blow everyone up.
However, if a utopia develops (and in the unlikely event that everyone suddenly develops altruism or robots take over), then everyone will theoretically be happy until some idiot decides that we shouldn't let other people rules us, rebels, and the world starts over again.
So, if you are reading this and are torrenting things right now, go do the right thing. Shut down uTorrent, and help save the human race from its own destruction.
TL;DR: Read the thread you lazy fuck
are you fucking serious
i'm pretty sure that even with 3D printers you can't print a (FUNCTIONING) television
you're insane
Invent the airplane, all the car dealerships and train companies go out of business because everyone will own an airplane and fly everywhere. Then since no cars or train tickets are being sold, we enter a utopia/communist state. Then the world restarts and someone 3d prints a nuke?
Alright then.
You obviously read a bit too much sci-fi conspiracy stories.
That was the stupidest thing I've read in ages. Congratulations.
Nice imagination. I thought mine was huge but yours beats mine by a lot.

I expected these replies, but I also expected a rebuttal instead of just blindly denying this.

Airplanes aren't free or cheap.
Eventually, 3D printers will be cheap.
