Since I love the Jurassic Park trilogy this will be a must have for me.
Jurassic Park Style 3D glasses given out at theaters would be badass as fuck
Also time to re-install Jurassic Park the game from Telltale to celebrate this

Install JP: Operation Genesis as celebration. I thought everybody disliked the Telltale JP game?
For the cost of a ticket I can buy it on Laserdisc and enjoy it at home.

Darn, wish I wouldn't have spoiled everything for me then. I thought the game is pretty bad since FP was done with it after the first episode. Everybody disliked it and it had very bad reviews so I just watched the Death Sequences on Youtube and read the plot on some wikia.

not official but still good glasses design
Its amazing that this movie is almost 20 years old and the CG is still phenominal. I'm sure things have been touched up for the 3D release but the origional still holds up against films with current CG technology.

I was about to point out the link states Irix 4.0.3 even though the console says 4.0.5 but I double checked the patch history.
IRIX 4.0.3 is a hardware specific release based on 4.0.1 with support for Crimson systems added.
Nice recovery.

whenever i watch the film, 90% of the time i can't even tell what's CGI and what's animatronics

I feel old.
I saw this 2 years ago when they re-released it for cinemas for a week, seeing as I had only ever seen it on VHS. Everyone has to see this movie on the bigscreen, whether it's in 3D or not.

It was one of those movies on the cusp of CGI and practical special effects too. It's amazing how they did the Raptor:

I'm going to this just to see it in theaters. I was too young to have ever seen it in theaters when it first came out, so this will be great. I love this movie.

I guess I'm in the minority when I say it was mildly enjoying then :v:
