lodsofemone
has dlc gone too far??
I really don't think his goal is to simply get lots of money. More of a test, how far will people go.
DLC- THE GAME
What's inside the cube:
I bet it's some bullshit about the power of cooperation or some shit like that.
another cube
its fable 4
Start at the vertices, and you'll get an octahedron inside the cube, then truncate again for a smaller cube, and then another octahedron, ad infinitum.
ooh i know it's a mediocre game
its fable 4
I would gladly take Fable 4 if they pretended 2,3 never happened. I would pay so much fuckingm sdhbgbsdfjihdfjnhj

I think the guy who opens it gets all the money made from the DLC. But then again that does seem a bit generous.
It'll be Milo for Kinect 2, coming with the Xbox 720.
Imagine that inside the cube lays all the money you've put into the game, so in the end you've lost nothing. [editline]22nd August 2012[/editline] except time
i'm not sure if it's a social experiment or molyneux's finally gone mad
Imagine if gabe newell was secretly behind it all and that inside it's the HL2 EP3 release date
Imagine if gabe newell was secretly behind it all and that inside it's the HL2 EP3 release date
Or the game itself.

Curiosity is actually a multiplayer game. Once you get to the center of your cube, you connect to someone else's cube. And the both of you work together to get to the center of that cube. And so on and so forth, until there's hundreds of people working together on one cube, breaking them open in seconds.

The only worry is the execution of it.
it's weird knowing, that over a thousand people ALREADY know what's inside seeing as they made the game they could all be falling about laughing in their offices watching this all happen
Over a thousand people?
well... ok how ever many it took to make this game i'm not a game developer so i don't know that industry
well... ok how ever many it took to make this game i'm not a game developer so i don't know that industry
Well it looks pretty simple so I'd say maybe like 5. Could be as little as 2 but doubtfully more than 20. However I assume a handfull of people in the publishers office has to know too to make sure it all adheres to guidelines.
ooh i know it's a mediocre game
You have nothing to compare it to. It can't be "mediocre" since it's the only "game" of it's kind.
Remember the Molyneux cycle, once you get to the middle of the cube you get a notice saying 'well done you beat the game', people get mad at how bad it was and a couple months Molyneux admits it was terrible but oh boy oh man just wait until curiosity 2 comes out it'll change videogames forever and thats a Molyneux promise.
